GHREAA Data Sources

GHREAA data sources

GHREAA uses public professional profiles, licensing records, published review signals, transaction evidence, brokerage information, and agent-provided corrections that can be independently reviewed.

Licensing

License numbers are stored as professional identifiers. Unless a current license status is explicitly recorded, GHREAA does not infer that a license is active solely from the presence of a license number. Consumers should verify current status with the appropriate state licensing authority.

Published reviews

Review counts and ratings are attributed to their source and may be individual-, team-, or profile-level. GHREAA does not combine third-party review counts into a first-party aggregate rating and does not publish third-party review text as its own reviews.

Transactions and local activity

Exact property rows, public price bands, and representation-side labels are preserved as evidence where available. Aggregate local-sales figures and exact transaction rows are kept distinct so an evidence sample is not mistaken for a complete sales history.

Corrections

Agents can request corrections after claiming a profile. GHREAA may also update records as public sources change.
